The recent renovations at Quality Inn in Gulf Shores were evident during my stay. The lobby and hallways were clean and well-maintained, and my King suite featured new furnishings including a full-size fridge and microwave. The bed's comfort and cleanliness were commendable. The staff was attentive and responsive, making the check-in process seamless.
The pool was rather cold during my visit.

Family with children. not impressed
First off, the friendly staff really made us feel welcome. Even though we had some issues, like dirty carpets and a bad smell in the first room, the people at the front desk tried their best to help us out.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive but you know, we made do.

The room was spacious and comfy for my family. We loved the nice pool area where the kids splashed around for hours! We took advantage of the relaxing hot tub and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. Just a heads up, the carpet in the hallways could use a good cleaning, but it didn't ruin our fun experience at all! 😊

The queen room was spacious and clean, featuring comfortable beds and bright white linens. The breakfast included delicious options like egg & cheese omelettes and make-your-own waffles, complemented by attentive staff. However, the pool was uncomfortably cold and the hot tub felt lukewarm, detracting from the experience.

The nearby culinary gems like Hazel's Nook and Fish River Grill #3 were off the charts, serving up local flavors that'll make your taste buds sing! Plus, the room was clean and comfy, and the folks at the front desk were super helpful.
Where to start? The indoor pool was off-limits for maintenance (wish I’d known) and the snack machines were more of a money pit than a vending dream. Not to mention, the hallway reeked of weed, which really killed the vibe.

The staff really impressed me with their friendliness. They were attentive during check-in. The room had a new fridge and microwave, which made things convenient. However, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The carpet in my room was stained, which made me uncomfortable. I noticed a strange smell lingering in the hallway too. I wasn't able to get good Wi-Fi service inside my room, but I managed to connect near the pool area. The breakfast options were pretty limited, and some of the food trays were empty when I arrived. I appreciated the proximity to the beach and local restaurants, which was a definite plus. Despite the positives, I think the hotel needs to work harder on maintenance and cleanliness to enhance the overall experience. I would consider returning if the issues are resolved.

The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a microwave and fridge, which made it convenient for keeping snacks and drinks cool. The friendly staff really made a difference, especially during breakfast when they ensured everything was stocked. Despite the minor issue with the pool being a bit cold, the overall experience was delightful.

We loved being just a short walk from the beach and nearby shopping. Plus, having our pets with us made our family vacation complete! The laundry crew did an excellent job, and the beds smelled fresh!
In my wife’s opinion, the indoor pool could have been warmer. It would be great if the hotel updated the pool features, especially for families with kids looking to splash around.

Pleasant Stay with Minor Hiccups
Our family enjoyed a comfortable stay in a clean queen room. The continental breakfast offered basic options, though fruit would have been a welcome addition. The staff was friendly. Pro tip, arrive early for breakfast to avoid the rush!

This place was just an excellent fit for a fleeting moment in Gulf Shores with good price-quality ratio. The bathroom exhaust did not work, making it inconvenient. If you're looking for a cheap stay, manage your expectations.
